Raw Material
Pine, Poplar, Babool, Eucalyptus (Punjab) and Coconut Shell (Kerala) — from own farmlands.

Carbonisation
Controlled thermal treatment. Volatile matter driven off. Char structure formed.

Steam Activation
8 rotary kilns at 900°C+. Steam opens the pore network. Iodine values from 600 to 1,200+ mg/g.

Acid Washing
12 tanks, pH-controlled. Removes ash and impurities. Ultra-low acid-soluble iron for pharma & food.

QC Testing
Every batch tested in-house. IP · BP · ASTM · USP standards. Iodine value, methylene blue, hardness, pH, ash.

Packing
25kg multi-ply bags, 500kg big bags, jumbo bags — to customer spec. Dust-free warehouse environment.

Container Loading
20ft & 40ft containers. FCL and LCL. COA issued with each shipment. Halal, Kosher, NSF paperwork available.
